Placing an order

When you're ready to check out, go to your shopping cart and click “checkout” at the bottom of the screen.

If you already have a PetFast account, sign in to enjoy a faster checkout. If you don’t have an account, you can create one or checkout as a guest.

Products will remain in your cart until they are purchased or removed. It’s easy to manage your items by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of any page.

The cart is the last chance to review your order before checkout. Please review size and quantity, and double-check all personalized items because you won’t be able to edit your items during checkout. 

When you are ready to complete your purchase, you must check off the box to agree to the terms and conditions located above the checkout button, then click 'checkout.' Our checkout process is fast, easy, and secure. 

The minimum order amount before taxes and delivery charges is $25 CAD. 

Once an order is processed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. For any questions, please contact our Customer Service team online or call 800-516-1030.

In rare instances, we may need to cancel all or part of an order for various reasons, including:

~ Unavailable product(s)
~ Difficulty in processing your payment information
~ Inability to ship to address provided
~ Existence of a duplicate order

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification. You will not be billed for any canceled products. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. However, same-day delivery as well as discounted rates only apply to the following cities at this time: 

Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, York, Willowdale, East York & Beaches, Scarborough, Unionville, Markham, Pickering, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Caledon.

We currently offer same-day delivery and discounted rates for most cities in the Greater Toronto Area. 

Our same-day delivery cities include Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, York, Willowdale, East York & Beaches, Scarborough, Unionville, Markham, Pickering, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Caledon. 

Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, if your postal code is a part of our same-day delivery area coverage, the option for same-day and discounted rates will automatically appear as selectable options. Delivery rates for these cities start at $4.99 and the breakdown is as follows:

Same-Day Delivery  ~  $7.99
Next Day Delivery    ~  $6.99
2 Day Delivery          ~  $5.99
3 Day Delivery          ~  $4.99

Regardless of the size or weight of your order, the special rates mentioned above do not change as there are no weight surcharges or handling fees. 

If same-day and discounted rates do not appear and you are only given the option to choose Canada Post, this would mean you are outside of our current coverage zone. The good news is that you can still place an order and it will be delivered via Canada Post Xpresspost within 1-3 business days. 

Canada Post Xpresspost rates are calculated at checkout based on your package size and weight. These rates are set by Canada Post. 

Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.

The cut-off time to ensure that your package is delivered the same-day is 2 pm EST. Order placed after 2 pm EST will be delivered the following day. 

You can check the status of your open orders anytime by visiting our Order Status page located at the top of the homepage. This is the easiest and fastest way to obtain current information. You will need the order ID number and email address to have access to this information.

You can also see the status of your order by clicking the link that was sent in the order confirmation email. By clicking the link, you’ll be redirected to the Order Status page where the details will be available without entering the order ID or email address.

All packages are delivered daily between the hours of 4-8 pm EST.

If you are not at the delivery address when we attempt delivery, we may leave your order at a convenient place for you, such as behind a door or with a concierge. PetFast is not responsible for any loss or damage to any products delivered to you or left for you.

In the event we attempt, but are unable to deliver your order for any reason, you will be charged a re-delivery fee for each additional attempt we make. The re-delivery fee is $9.99 plus applicable taxes for orders of $100 or less (not including delivery charges and taxes) and $14.99 plus applicable taxes for orders of more than $100 (not including delivery charges and taxes). Re-deliveries will be made within 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment of the re-delivery fee.

No, Goodies Points are not transferable.

Email Communication

You can click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any PetFast email you receive. However, if you opt-out, we can't send you exclusive member-only deals and discounts.

If you miss our emails and offers, you can always go online and subscribe again.

Discount Codes

Discount codes don't stack. If you have a 10% off discount, you can't also use a "free shipping" coupon for the same order. Only one discount at a time can apply to a single order.

Some discount codes can only be applied once, so if you try to enter the same code a second time, the system will reject it.

Gift Cards

Simply purchase a gift card online and forward the confirmation email to your recipient of choice.

Alternatively, you can provide them with the gift card code you receive in the confirmation email and they’ll be able to use it during checkout.  

No. Gift cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.

No. Goody Points can not be used to purchase gift cards. They must be purchased using one of the available payment methods at checkout. 

No. Promo codes can not be used when purchasing a gift card. 

Recipients can keep track of their gift card balance at any time. Email, and our team will get back to you with the details.
